Brandon Miller, Managing Partner

Brandon Miller joined REEC in 2004 as the head of the acquisitions and finance department.  Prior to joining REEC, he was in the commercial real estate group at Dillion Read Capital Management.  During this time there, Brandon originated over 1 Billion Dollars of Commercial Real Estate Loans.

In his role as Managing Partner at REEC, Brandon has originated a broad array of transactions including value-add, ground up, and repositioning of assets totaling in excess of several billion dollars.    

Brandon holds a BA from Brown University and currently resides in Tribeca with his family. 

Mark Seigel, Managing Partner

Mark Seigel joined REEC in 2004 after more than 25 years of experience as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, where he was a long-time managing director.  Mr. Seigel has been involved in the investment and development of real estate over the last several decades in locations as varied as the Meat Packing District and Soho in Manhattan, the Hamptons in Long Island, and Vail, Colorado, focusing on retail, mixed-use and residential assets.  Mr. Seigel is responsible for the day-to-day operations and investment activities for REEC. 

In his role as Managing Partner at REEC, Mark has originated a broad array of transactions including value-add, ground up, and re-positioning of assets totaling in excess of several billion dollars.    

Mr. Seigel has a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. in Finance including a concentration in real estate from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.  He currently resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.   

Ted Robottom, Director

Ted Robottom joined REEC in 2018 having started his career at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a Real Estate Associate.  After five years with J.P. Morgan, he went to work in Acquisitions & Development at The Lightstone Group, one of the largest privately held real estate developers in the U.S.  Following Lightstone, he joined AMAC Holdings, a New York based Private Equity Fund to focus on national acquisitions in growth markets.

Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in a variety of complex real estate transactions, developments, and recapitalizations with an aggregate value in excess of $2 Bn.  Mr. Robottom holds a B.S. from Syracuse University and a M.S. in Real Estate from New York University. He currently resides on the Upper East Side.   

Brandon Klein, Vice President

Brandon Klein joined REEC in 2013 and has played an important role in executing and implementing REEC’s business plans.  Mr. Klein assists in the day-to-day project management, business operations, and acquisitions & development activities for the firm. 

Mr. Klein holds a BA in Finance from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business.  He currently resides in the East Village in Manhattan.
